Our story
Being small is no excuse for not having tools like the big players do. The only limit is your mind — all you need is IA · IN · ISN.
Facturan2 LLC was registered in Groton, Connecticut, on January 15, 2026. The same day, Fundación L&M Inc was formally registered and received its 501(c)(3) status approved by the IRS. One was born from the other.
Fundación L&M has been operating since 2021 with its own funds, serving rural communities in the northern region of Montecristi, Dominican Republic, and families in Groton, Connecticut. It spent two years unable to host large community events due to personal circumstances of its founders. When the time came to return to the field, they came back with a major event: Un Niño Feliz 2025, a community tradition that began in 2021. It was held on the 27th, 28th and 29th across rural areas of the Montecristi province.
When the time came to professionalize the operation, our founder, Juan David Sánchez, saw a need on his own: it needed a modern system to manage everything —invoicing, digital signatures, internal operations. So he decided to build it.
Juan had been building WordPress sites since 2016, but this was different: it required professional code, not templates. He set out to research and study how to do it, discovering the world of development through VS Code and GitHub Copilot, where he learned the fundamentals of modern code with Next.js. Later, with more experience, he moved to Claude Code and built what we now call administran2 —one of the products you'll find listed on this site.
That's how Facturan2 LLC was born. The idea is simple: if I built serious tools for a small foundation with its own funds, I can build them for you.

To support those starting from the bottom. We know what it costs to build a business when professional services are priced out of reach for the people who need them most. That's why we offer U.S. legal registration, software development and AI agents to people with vision, dreams and the drive to grow.
